1. Summary
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically.
- You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are considered within 14 days of your first purchase if the paid features were not used.
- Renewal charges are not normally refundable, but we will always look at genuine mistakes.
2. Subscriptions and renewal
Starter and Premium plans are billed monthly in advance, as shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. Payment is taken by our payment processor; savara does not store your card details.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel from the billing page in your account at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Your resumes, saved jobs and applications are kept; only the plan limits change.
We do not charge cancellation fees and you do not need to give a reason.
4. Refunds on a first purchase
If this is your first paid subscription with savara and you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the paid features have not been used. "Used" means generating AI or outreach drafts beyond the Free plan allowance, creating resumes beyond the Free plan limit, or using interview preparation or priority matching.
If you have started using paid features within the 14 days, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, taking into account the usage so far. We will tell you what we can offer before anything is processed.
5. Renewals
Renewal charges are not normally refundable because the subscription remains cancellable at any time before the renewal date and we send the renewal date in your billing information. That said, if a renewal was charged because of a genuine mistake, for example you cancelled but the cancellation did not take effect, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right.
6. Service problems
If a fault on our side prevented you from using paid features for a significant part of a billing period, tell us and we will offer a credit or a proportional refund.
7. How to request a refund
Use the contact form with the email address on your account. Include the date of the charge and a short description of the issue. We reply within one business day and, where a refund is approved, it is issued through our payment processor to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services. Where those rights are stronger than this policy, they apply.
9. Governing law and changes
This policy is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. We may update it from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version, and changes do not affect refund requests already made.
