How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. When you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by our payment processor through a secure hosted checkout. savara never sees or stores your card details. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refund requests are considered within 14 days of a first purchase if the paid features have not been used. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
What happens to my data if my plan ends?
Your resumes, saved jobs and applications are kept. Your account simply returns to the Free plan limits, so you may need to upgrade again to create more resumes or generate more drafts.
